Yes, you can book the tickets of the infant and children on the Fauji Yatra website. You need to have the age proof of your child while checking in. You can book the ticket no more than for one infant per adult.

At one time you can only book 9 tickets and if you want to book more than that, then you have to re-complete the booking process.

You will get the confirmation mail and SMS for the confirmation of your booking. We will send your e-ticket details to your E-mail address, provided by you at the time of booking. Make sure you take the printout of your E-ticket and carry it with you, as the airline will not allow you inside without a ticket.

You will need to either send us an email on support@faujiyatra.com for the cancellation process or you can also call us at +91 9622298832. Each airline has different cancellation policies depending on the airline sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation.

Can I suspect some foul play? We need your Indian Army and Paramilitary number because we cannot verify your legitimacy without your relevant military number. Our only aim is to serve people from defence fraternity. Being army kids, we know the value of these numbers and therefore do not save it and share it to any third party.

People who belong to the Indian Army, Airforce, Navy, paramilitary, ex-servicemen, dependents, war-widow, Spouse, Dependent category and who are students, senior citizens and disables, are liable to take our services.

If you are a female dependent, then you can use our services till you get married and if you are a male dependent, then you can use our services till 25 years of age.

Yes, you would require showing Dependent card, ECHS card, Canteen Smart card, Discharge book, Pension book, ID card issued by Zila Sainik board at the airport.

You can make the payment through various options like credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets. You can also make the payment offline at our centers.

We at Fauji Yatra uses a real time database that list actual price of the ticket and its availability. So, when the airlines change the fare, the database immediately reflects those changes. This is the actual reason behind the fare changes, so make sure to double-check the prices while reserving the tickets.

You all personal information and details are secured with us, as we use the Secured Socket Layer (SSL) to allow your credit card number to reach our portal over the internet, if your browser supports this encryption. Your details are received by the secure server, so your credit card details will never be transmitted over the internet again.

If you don’t want to pay online, then you can use our offline services and pay by cash, cheque and/ or draft at our reservation counter.

We will send you an immediate confirmation mail on your registered mail ID.

If you will book tickets via pre-approved travel agency, then these tickets are claimable for the officers.

You can do the rescheduling of your journey via airline only, as each airline has different rules and fees for rescheduling the journey. Most of the defence bookings are not eligible for rescheduling the journey, as they come under special or discounted fares.

How to get the refund? If the flight, you book got cancelled by the airline, then you are entitled to get the full refund. You will receive the full refund after verification from the airline.

It generally takes 4 working days to get the refund after cancellation. However, in some cases the time may extend to 6-7 working days.

You can visit Fauji Yatra and click on the “Cancel ticket” tab and cancel your booking. It is mandatory to cancel the booking via Fauji Yatra to get the refund.

HOTELS

Information about the property can be found in the confirmation email or on the Hotel/Property detail page. If you have any other queries, please feel free to contact the Hotel/Property directly.

Generally, you will receive this email within 45 minutes of booking along with the (PDF file) Hotel Confirmation booking voucher.

In the facilities section, you can select 'Hotel/Airport transfer' to assist with your search. Additionally, hotels will display this information on their website. Basically, air transportation is chargeable. If you need airport transportation, please contact the hotel directly

Breakfast facility depends on room type, if breakfast is included then it will display below the Room Type and If it's not mentioned (displaying) then breakfast is not included with the Room facilities.

After completion of booking, you will receive your booking confirmation (PDF file) by email within 45 minutes. If you still haven't received it after that time, please check your junk mail and/or spam folders. You can also view your booking details and status online by signing in and selecting 'My bookings' from the account menu. Yes, you can cancel your Hotel bookings on the Fauji Yatra website or App. Any cancellation charges fees are based as per Hotel/property cancellation policy.

If you have a free cancellation booking then you won't incur a cancellation charges. If your booking is no longer free to cancel, you may incur an additional cancellation charges. Any cancellation fees for a booking are determined by the Hotel/property.

In that case, you can directly contact to the Hotel/property regarding the special request for Early Check In / Check Out.

You can extend your stay in the same Hotel/property by contacting the Hotel directly. Once you have informed the Hotel/property, they will give you the availability status and decide accordingly.
