After arriving at Srinagar Railway Station/Airport, our representative will assist you & proceed for Pahalgam. On the way, we will also visit Avantipora ruins, Saffron fields,Apple garden, Sun temple, Bat factory. Avantipora was built by king Avantivarman who ruled Kashmir from 855 to 883 AD. He built 2Hindu temples in Avantipora namely "Avantisvamin" dedicated to Vishnu & "Avantisvara" dedicated to Shiva. Both temples were built in spacious rectangular paved courtyards. They were destroyed in the middle ages. The Martand Sun Temple was built by Lalitaditya Muktapida, the third maharaja of Kashmir, between 725–756. It was destroyed in the 15th century by the Shah Miri dynasty. Now, proceed for Pahalgam.

Day2 PAHALGAM TO SRINAGAR (95 KMS ONE WAY)
In morning, after breakfast, check out from hotel & proceed for local tour of Pahalgam (7200 feet), means "VILLAGE OF SHEPHERDS".In Pahalgam visit Chandanwari (3288 meters above sea level), Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Baisaran, at your own cost by local cabs, as there is some issue with union of local cab. Local taxi can be hired from Pahalgam for a roundtrip. The trip takes about four-five hourson a semi-road that has the Lidder river meandering on the one side, and lofty, snow-capped mountains on the other. Chandanwari,16-km from Pahalgam, is famous for snow sledging on a snow bridge. Chandanwari is also known for its natural attractions. It has some of the best picnic spots and is reachable by road. Betaab Valley, earlier known as Hagan or Hagoon Valley, got its present name after the blockbuster Bollywood movie 'Betaab' was shot there in 1983. The experience is even more heightened by the musical whispers of several birds.Being a precious jewel of Jammu and Kashmir, Betaab Valley is among a handful of Pahalgam tourist places to visit that should not bemissed. Situated at a walking distance from the main center of Pahalgam, the valley is also an excellent camping site for trekkers andexplorers. Now proceed for Srinagar.

Day3 SRINAGAR TO GULMARG & RETURN (58 KMS ONE WAY)
In morning after breakfast, leave hotel & proceed for full day excursion tour of Gulmarg (8700 feet) means “MEADOWS OF FLOWER". Gulmarg is famous for Golf Course (which is one of the highest 18-hole golf courses in the world) & skiing during winter. The Gulmarg Gondola (cable car) ride gives you the most extravagant views of Gulmarg. The Gulmarg Gondola has 2 phases i.e. Phase 1 is from Gulmarg to Kungdoor & Phase 2 is from Kungdoor to Apharawat. In morning, after breakfast, leave hotel & proceed for full day excursion tour of Sonmarg (9000 feet) means "THE GOLDEN MEADOW". Sonmarg is the beginning of the enchanted journey into a natural wonder land. Surrounded by mountains upto 5300 meters high the valley is divided by a spur of the “Thajwas Range”. To visit Thajwas Glacier & Zero Point, hire a local cab, as there is some issue with the local cab union, at own cost. Also, shall visit Thajwas Glacier by pony ride, at own cost. 1. Prepaid cellular connections will not work in Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. Only Post paid cellular connection
will work on roaming.
2. The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
3. Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels. The confirmation is subjects to
availability.
4. Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date.

7. If we are not able to get the original hotels, than shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.

9. Any unused items or service are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
10. Outside cab is not allowed to have any kind of sightseeing in Sonmarg due to issue with local taxi union.
11. For local sightseeing in Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgam hire local cab & pay directly for that to local cab provider.
12. Gulmarg Gondola ride fare for Phase 1 is 800/- & Phase 2 is 1000/- per person.
13. Children can go up to second phase under guidance & supervision of parents.
14. Weather will suddenly changes in Jammu and Kashmir. So keep heavy woolen clothes & take care of children.
15. During winter kindly keep heavy woolen clothes, as temperature goes very low in Jammu & Kashmir
16. NOTE: - If day increase due to snow fall /landslide then hotel tariff, as per hotel rule & transportation charges will be
applicable & pay by the customer.

Cancellation policy
Reservations Policy/ Cancellation Policy
1.All Booking should be furnished via mail.
2. Holding period for any booking will be up-to 3 working days after which it will be consider as cancelled
3.Booking will be considered confirmed after the receipt of 50% of the total amount and balance amount must be paid
before check in date.
4.Invoice will be raised after the full payment. Total Amount + 5 %GST
Rescheduling Policy:
5.Change is the only constant in this world. If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to help. However, rescheduling your
reservation is subject to room availability and seasonal rates.
6.In the event of cancellation of your reservation, cancellation charges plus taxes may apply (if any)
Cancellation Policy:
7. Booking cancelled more than 21 days of prior to arrival will carry 25 % retention charge of total bill value.
8.Booking cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will carry 50 % retention charge of total bill value.
9.Booking cancelled 08 days prior to arrival will carry 75% retention charge of total bill value.
10.Booking cancelled less the 7 days prior to arrival or No-show will carry 100% retention charge of total bill.
Refund Policy:
11.Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take within 15 days to process &
will be sent to you by A/C payee cheque only.
12.We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are
unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (Natural Disasters or Political Issues
etc.) and the tour has already commenced, then we may not refund.
13.Note: For some hotels cancellation policy will be as per the hotel policy
which will be intimated to you.
